Why we love it: there is something so fun about having a tree inside, and while they can’t stay inside forever (they can get up to 40 feet tall) they only grow a inches a year, so you have plenty of time.

Easy to kill rating (1 = invincible, 5 = needs extra TLC) : 2- while not a difficult plant olive trees do need bright light, and regular watering- simply let the top inch dry out between watering
