Why we love it: Adorable colourful little flowering plant.

Best for: outside gardens in a partial to full shade area.

Easy to kill rating (1 = invincible, 5 = needs extra TLC) : 2- As these are garden plants they require less daily attention once planted, they can be planted in winter as they are frost resistant, assuming the ground is not frozen. Best to grow in part shade in any moderately fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil, avoiding excessive summer moisture.
