Why we love it: Also known as a tree philodendron or philodendron Selloum, this bushy plant is a real statement piece.

Best for: An area with lots of space as leaves can spread to 2-3ft in width!

Easy to kill rating (1 = invincible, 5 = needs extra TLC) : Unlike other philodendrons, the Shangri La likes moist but not soggy soil. During the winter, water less often, keeping the soil barely moist. A humid environment is preferred.
